Does anyone know why this book seems to be so hard to find? I could not find it in a bookstore, nor my library, and Amazon is only listing a paperback (though it says it comes in Kindle format) for over 30$.....SERIOUSLY?a A paperback for 30$ ?

I loved this series.. I hope there is more to come, any one know if we are to expect a fourth book? I feel there are more closure to Cormac's story.
