I have not started the series, just wondering if there is a 3rd book incoming ?

David Bartlett Yes. As of a couple months ago, he was still in the beginning stages of writing it so it will likely be a year or more before it is ready.

I won a signed copy of Aching God from Reddit (and loved it). Is Sin Eater also releasing a print copy on 5/20, or just the E-book? (i'm once of THOSE people that likes to have the same edition/size book for the whole collection).
