Is there a place to buy this book without the formatting issues I'm seeing on the Amazon UK eBook ? Font sizes change quite radically from chapter to chapter, or even within chapters, and it's a bit hard to read.

One point to bear in mind - there are instances where the font size and alignment changes on purpose.(less)
