What happened in between book 7 (Darkest Fear) and book 8 (Promise Me)?? When Darkest Fear ended, Myron was seeing Therese Collins and Esperanza was childless (probably in between relationships as usual). Promise Me begins with Myron seeing Allie and Esperanza has an infant son and fiancé. This is no way to begin a book within a series!
