The Old Willis Place's owner, Mrs. Lilian, has died inside the house and multiple caretakers have been creeped out by it.

Mrs. Lilian's ghost is high;y hinted at to be haunting the house.

Diana and Georgie are bound to the "Place" (for short) by magical rules.
