How in the world do I get the whole book? I only received 5 chapters

Lisa Amazon had a problem on release day. From Shannon's email newsletter:

Short story is, there is a way to fix this:

To fix an incorrect pre-order file of Elemental Witch, you need to call into Amazon and they will push through the correct file. Purchasing today will send you the correct file. This problem only affected pre-orders."
