Jim Myers I read it not knowing it was part of a series, and it didn't affect the story. There are a few allusions to past events, and they may mean more to you…moreI read it not knowing it was part of a series, and it didn't affect the story. There are a few allusions to past events, and they may mean more to you if you've read them all, but not having read them all it just seemed like background details. None of them seemed to be critical points to the plotline of this book.(less)
