Well, this is both an impossible question and a simple one. Impossible insofar as I can't possibly know what you'd like.

BUT it's simple insofar as Amazon has a "look inside" feature for the book, and Google has sample pages up comprising perhaps 20% of it, which should be more than enough runway for you to decide if you'd enjoy catching what I'm throwing.

I will add that comps, while perhaps useful, and certainly listing influences of mine and some of my favorites, are mostly there for marketing purposes. I think the ones chosen were chosen to indicate that the book is literary, but complex and weird.

Other authors who influenced me (and this book) include Neil Gaiman, Ray Bradbury, and Stephen King. If that's more to your liking, well, give it a try and see if you enjoy it. Hope you do!(less)
