Is this a graphic novel from the same series started by Paul Tobin? I have the first three graphic novels (House of Glass, Fox Children, and Curse of Crows), I just wasn't 100% sure this is the next one in the series since Tobin didn't write it and I'm not up on the individual issues. Thanks!

If you're a casual reader, you could take it or leave it without any real implications to the main story arcs in the other books (well, there's a nod to "The Last Wish").(less)
