There was so many amazing parts of the AT; the views from the summit of mountains, the beautiful open landscape, but I would have to say the people I met along the trail was my favorite part. Although it was an oddity for someone like me to be on the trail, I was embraced with open arms. That is something I will never forget. The love on the trail is touching.(less)
