So this book sounds good, but book 3 sounds great. Could I just skip this book and read book 3? Is there something important in this book that I will need to read for book 3? Or should I just read this book because Jet and Eddie are awesome?

Did i miss the part where Eddie tells Jet he loves her or did he not say it at all in the entire novel ?

the book focused more on the action aspects than the romance or eddie and jet relationship like the rest of the books or maybe just the ones i read (ava's, sadie's and stella's) and when there was focus on them it was repetitive jet thinks she's not worth it and he pursues her with sex. and the ending was just..... huhhh??

Did I miss something in the last book? When did Ally and Carl get together. After the shooting at the strip club Jet mentions Ally's boyfriend Carl when she lists the cops showing up. Did they really get together in the last book and I somehow completely missed it? I remember Indy notices Carl has a strong reaction when Ally is put in danger, but not more than that.
