You can tell this person is not a writer. It is a disorganized dump of random thoughts. Editing is a serious issue. I appreciate the depth, but it needs a lot of work. I'm writing a book report about emotions I had to work through, what specifically do readers want to see?

Usually small presses publish books in small batches (expense, etc.) but because of the critical acclaim, plus it being shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize, demand has skyrocketed.
According to the warehouse my store uses, expected ship date to the warehouse should be in Mid-October.
