Why was Jacob's last name changed in this book to Berkley? Was this just an error? In all other books it is Baxter. He is even called Bax in other books.

Im looking for a book but I cant remember the name. Im pretty sure it is by this author and I was pretty sure it was in this series. The heroine is an obygn doctor who suffers with anxiety or ocd something like that and falls in love with the hero? I know Willa appears in the book as well as Grace
