Hi, my name is savannah and I have read the book white book 8 times exact. I was wondering if it was a true story? The book made me cry, I was hoping julian and sara would get together after the war but I guess sometimes love isn't always ment to be.

Which I think stands alone from Wonder just fine.(less)

Could someone elaborate please on the setting? The closest information I can find is "southern France" - is a particular city, or region, mentioned perhaps? (France isn't small...)
