Do you have a genuine connection with the foster care system in your real life, or are you using imagination and popular culture references to build the Harley Merlin characters? Do you think that it takes weak adult characters to show strong teen characters by comparison? The magical world depicted would seemingly collapse of its own foolishness were it not for a few bright spark teens. I am a big fan of Harley.
