why is this book not yet published??

Prince Of Titan has issues with its line up thus Melinda took the book and the rights back. She has since gone with Prince of Cats as her publisher.

Unanswered Questions (1)

What exactly are the Cara'ot doing? A Cara'ot trader sterilized Mercedes during book 2, and then this was undone in book 3 when Dalea gave her a shot shortly after meeting with a Cara'ot spy. And they've been spying on Tracy. Replacing Rohan Aubrey had obvious advantages, but the other two schemes seem to have worked out in their favor through sheer coincidence, so I'm not sure why they did these things initially.
