I want to try Sin and Chocolate but after reading a review I’m not sure if I should. Only two teenagers is kind of a deal-breaker for me since I despise all books with main characters that are under the age of 15. Should I give it a try?

The main characters are in their mid and late twenties. The heroine has two wards who fell through the cracks of society that she attempts to provide for, both of them teens and neither related. They make up a loving but dysfunctional family since her parenting skills are dismal, at best. It is fodder for a lot of jokes. (less)

I'm just reviewing it now after finishing it a couple of weeks ago, so I'm not 100% sure, but I think there were some issues of consent around some of the sex scenes. So if that makes a sex scene inappropriate for you, I'd say yes.

All cursing seemed totally appropriate to me though.(less)
