I am interested in reading this book, but someone described it as "science meets spirituality." I'm all for a scientific look at the human brain, but I'm not interested in religion. Is this book scientific or not? Is the "spirituality" part of it based on scientific facts?

The long and short of it, it's a great book and I was sceptical at first but as i read, I was amazed as there is a lot of scientific proof to what he is teaching in this book. I have gone on to read two of his other books and now quite interested in the subject.(less)
