However, if you do remember some elements of Physick Book, I've included a few Easter eggs just for you, including the answer to what is opened by the key Connie finds in Physick Book, and why Deliverance Dane and her family had to flee England in the 1660s.(less)

I have read Physic book twice loved it... This is not the same story correct, perhaps another adventure for Connie?

You don't have to have read Physick Book to enjoy this story, but if you did, and you remember it, this book will answer a few questions from the first.

I pre-ordered this book. The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane is a book I re-read every summer. It is one of my favorite books. I purchased the book, when it was first published, to take on my vacation to New England. How perfect! I have since purchased the audio-book, as well. I am so excited to "catch-up" with Connie and learn more about her great-grandmother (?), Temperance Hobbs. Can't wait to receive this book.

Why was the primary story line set in the year 2000? I kept thinking I was reading a book that came out 20 years ago. Why choose that in between time when some people had cell phones and some didn't? And some people researched on computers and some used microfiche? It just made the whole thing seem outdated. But then zip cars? Were those around back then? Why not just a taxi?
