The premise is that there is a mountain fire closing in on the town of Scarlet Springs, which is the world featured in the Colorado High Country series, and because some of the I-Team guys were up in the mountains doing training, they involve themselves, as they are wont to do.

We see fire chief Eric Hawke fighting bureaucracy and nature to protect the town he loves. There are some seriously terrifying moments, and some unbelievably touching moments. You learn about Bear's past. Naomi and Chaska have started a camp for kids that has to be evacuated. That doesn't go as smoothly as you'd hope.
