I want to read this book, but I am the language is too hard, and I am only 11. But I have read classics (Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Northanger Abbey, Emma, Persuasion, Mansfield Park, and Anna Karenina), and I am used to the language. Will this be readable for me?

Jane Austen's style is more readable than Richardson's and Pamela is an epistolary novel -- that is made up of letters and diary entries rather than the kind of plot you find in Austen's novels. You probably read Tolstoy in translation, so the style of that novel is also more readable.
