Is this his biography? In this article (https://www.ramdass.org/first-shift-truth/), he states "This may be redundant to some of you that have read my biography..." but I can't tell if he means a singular book or online articles/wiki/etc? He has a bunch of books so I assume one of them must be a bio??

Omar Beretta It is partly biographical, but the purpose of making references to his own life experience is to share his knowledge. Very much worth reading.

I just bought this book, was not sure what it was (in terms of content) at the time of buying, though i knew it is a spiritual message at its core. I went through the book and saw pictures and was not able to relate to them, there were messages wrapped in over the top illustrations(may be wrong interpretation). I am an Indian and not really into hippie culture. Is it good for me, how to read this book?
