I didn't love it. …moreI thought I might be an introvert, but based on some of the basic "challenges" in this book, it turns out I'm more of an extrovert. I didn't love it. Thought it was very simple and things she finds boring, were boring for me to read. Challenges she set for herself, I've done as part of my normal life. I liked reading the research and data and some parts were pleasant, but perhaps unless you are a serious introvert, it's not that interesting.(less)
