Is it just me or is the link to the gallery not working? I've just begun the book and on p.9 there is a link to use to check out the gallery. I've tried 2 browsers and the page is non-existent. Also, On page 211 it says the author has a blog of the week with a facial example. I can get to the blog and see interviews, no example of faces. Help - these are major pieces of the book!
