I like reading above whichever character interests me most in the last book. It's like "Oh, yeah, I remember him/her" or like recognizing family members and listening to their story before moving on to the next person. Or, you can so, "So that's why he/she did that." It keeps one in suspense when meeting familiar characters instead of meeting all new characters in each book.(less)
