Raesetsu Because amazon is gay, and their algorithm takes anything and everything down if it is even remotely similar to something else.

On FB, you said that you had "toyed" with the idea of "just throwing out book 2 anyway" on Amazon. Any chance that you still might do that? I enjoyed book 1, and would really like to read a continuation....
