This book is more about the emotional toll that any form of ADHD/ADD takes on someone who inhabits the female life in our society.

I'm only a quarter way through, and it's far more focused on the negative self-view one might have, the negative thought processes from years of not being neurotypical, etc.
It's not really a book that offers concrete how-to-manage daily strategies.

For that, I would look for other books, or podcasts, especially the Women and ADHD podcast or the Hacking Your ADHD podcast. For dealing with house clutter / cleaning, try Dana K White's "A Slob Comes Clean" podcast and books(less)
