I must have missed why the mousey doctor's wife had an affair with the contractor. It also didn't seem to have anything to do with the drug dealing. What was the point of mentioning it? Was it just to get Lloyd out of the house and available to drive the ladies? It just seems strange that a woman so beaten down by her husband would have the nerve to have an affair. So the husband deserted her, and then nothing?
