Is Mickey autistic? I'm reading a sneak peek of this book on Epic Reads' website, and it says that she has trouble expressing her emotions and that since she was a child, it's taken her a long time to get her words out, i.e. people ask her a question, and she can't answer for a few seconds. (I can relate to that so much.)

Elizabeth R I think the author is implying she has a lot of social anxiety.
