This book was previously listed as #1 in the Black Man series. And from the Q&A for the new book Thin Air, that would essentially be Black Man #2. So, why was the series info for this book removed? Can someone again set it (and Thin Air) as part of the Black Man series or is there some unknown reason for not doing that?
