The question is, is this a standalone book.

The answer, is no, this is the first part in a proposed series, though Robert Dugoni has not stated how many books. But the second book is scheduled to be released Octover 27th 2020.(less)

I read the book and really enjoyed it. I am a big fan of Robert Dugoni. I am still a bit confused about why Carl Emerson sent Charlie Jenkins on this mission to begin with. Was it revenge against Charlie or was it something else?

Donna Money! He got Charlie to name the 2 sisters and then they were killed. Charlie was told they were safe or already dead.
