So, not to sound critical but the question about an ebook version was answered 3 years ago yet it appears that it's still not available as an ebook. Wondering about the status? The paperback and hardback versions are out of print and both are quite pricey.

Because, I'm sorry, but I'm not a fan of audibles. No matter how much passion the presenter might put into their voice, I still find listening to someone read very boring. I'd much rather read the book myself. (less)
