Does anyone else find the arrogance of ignoring basic grammar - such as using quotation marks - such a turnoff that they won't read the book? Really offends my editor's soul.

I ended up quite entertained by the book. A book where the best character dies suddenly. They were all so messed up. And Alec... what a load!! I so wanted to have a friend read it with me so we could discuss!!! My two questions are:1.) Did I miss where Christine and Alec ended up together "out of the blue" and are married... because earlier she and Zach were an item?2. Why was it titled "Late in the Day"
