Is Goliath (the likely very large and terrifying eight-legged creature featured in this book) friendly, or is he only going to reinforce my already overwhelming fear of his kind? I'd rather know before buying and reading *nervous laugh*.

Roshani Chokshi He is friendly :) He just wants to be part of the crew, but nearly all of them are repulsed by his existence...*womp* *sad tarantula* *womp*

From the blurb, and what I've heard of it - it sounds a lot like six of crows. I mean, a historian banished from his home? A dancer with a dark past? An engineer with a *debt*? A criminal (?) being offered a large some of money in exchange for a completed heist? I guess my question is, other than looking a lot like Six of Crows (my fav book series), it looks like a good read. Is it?
