It goes more in-depth than…moreI'd put it at about a 9th-grade or 10th-grade reading level. It's a great read for high school student that enjoys history. It goes more in-depth than most history textbooks when discussing the American Revolutionary War. The book goes beyond the dates of the battles and discusses the actual living conditions of the soldiers and the back and forth between civilians trying to assert influence in the war. (less)
