I don't own the Subterranean Press books, but I imagine only the Preface might not appear in them, though perhaps it is in a copy of the third one?

One nifty part of the all-in-one book though, is the chapter headings. They are Rorschach ink-blots that grow and change each chapter, building on the one before. I don't know if someone would consider that worth purchasing the book for, if they already have the Subterranean Press novellas, unless they are a completionist collector. Do the SP novellas have ink-blot chapter headers already?(less)
