Hey guys, can someone tell me what happened in New York ( they mention it at the end of the book) because I haven't bought Eden's POV? My curiosity is killing me :)

ive started reading this book and im super confused about whats goin on what ive summarized is this bad boy wants attention dads super dragged out eden and tyler are a really really weird couple and the mom seriously dosnt care about her kid and the people he hangs out with are sketchy so whats actually going on here?
