The pdf that comes with the audible audio has lots of suggestions for further reading, guidebooks and questionnaires that you could use on your own. Keep in mind that this course is meant to be an introduction and overview of the fundamentals of CBT. If you actually want to use CBT effectively in your own life, you should probably do additional research/reading.

However, if you have been diagnosed with depression or anxiety or some other disorder or mental illness, I would recommend that you seek help from a mental health professional. If they think CBT is the right course to take for your treatment, they will be able to help guide you through the therapy.(less)
