Hi! From which age to which age is this book suitable for? Thank you!

Robert E Dalton I would not give it to anyone younger than 18 because of some of the language. As to the upper end, I am 82.

What was the significance of the phrase Good Bye (vs goodbye) that was used in an email? I'm sure it pointed to someone specifically but I never identified who. Or was it just a complete red herring?
