She learns how babies are made, but she do…moreI thought it was perfectly find for a middle schooler, but it depends on what you mean by "sexual content". She learns how babies are made, but she doesn't engage in sexual activity...she's 10. It is more a book about coming of age, and addresses some big topics, like racial segregation in the Southern United States in the 1940s. She does end up kissing a boy though, so like I said, it really depends on what you think is appropriate for YOUR CHILD, (or yourself, I suppose).(less)
