My mother is very sensitive to curse words. Is this book safe to buy for her? I suspect if there is any dialogue there are some curse words.

I want to read a book that rectifies Churchill's dark side with his heroic reputation. (He was hardly a saint in his early military assignments, and he struggled with depression.) This looks like a good account, but I don't think this is that book. Can anyone recommend a more balanced account of this inarguably great, but certainly flawed, man?
