I really enjoyed this but was a little confused about certain aspects. I didn't really understand the phone calls with Gansey, and who was the cloud lady?

This answer contains spoilers… (view spoiler)[The cloud lady was just a character that Opal observed and learned a lesson of the human world from. We don't know any backstory or major character development for her, but we don't really need too. Opal basically watched her dying, coming and seeing her physically deteriorate more and more until finally when she came to the bench she found her collapsed on the ground, having passed away. Opal had never seen natural, "animal" death before. Until now, she had only known death as something done too you, being killed by night horrors or being unmade by demons any number of terrifying things. She'd watched Ronan die in his dreams thousands of times. But with the cloud lady it just happens, because she is animal and mortal and all things animal die.

As for the calls from Gansey, they are heartbreaking to Ronan. Think about everything that he lost over the course of the previous books. Both his parents are dead, violently murdered, and he was the one to find their bodies. Declan has taken Matthew away to DC and probably hasn't brought him back since. Noah is dead and finally moved on. Cabeswater is gone. And Gansey, the brother not by blood but by choice, the one who sacrificed himself to save him and who Cabeswater sacrificed itself to save in return is now off exploring with his girlfriend and Henry, in effect leaving him behind. Ronan also knows that Adam wants to leave, wants to go to college. All through dream thieves, he struggled with thoughts of being the only dreamer, of being forever alone, only to find out there was another dreamer in Kavinsky and then lose him too.

Gansey's calls are bittersweet. Ronan picks up the phone because he misses him and longs for that connection. But they remind him how much things have changed, he worries his best friend won't come back because he has new friends and a new life that doesn't involve him. After the calls he grieves for everything and everyone he's lost, and probably dreads the day that Adam leaves for college, afraid he won't come back either. (hide spoiler)]

So who do you all think the lady who came to the Barns while Ronan and Adam were away was? I want to say Blue but isn't she off on a road trip with Gansey and Henry at this point in the timeline? Also, can Blue drive? Does she own a car? Is it another character from the Raven Cycle, or someone completely new? What are your thoughts?

3) It probably was mixed up with Adam leaving.
4) Telling the truth is different from telling someone everything - lying by omission isn't the same as blatantly lying, I reckon.

What was the cassette that made Ronan upset? Ronan had been standing outside of his parents’ old room, one hand holding a cassette tape and the other clenched into a fist, and he’d been there for quite a few minutes by the time Adam climbed the stairs. Adam had taken the cassette from Ronan’s hand, working Ronan’s fingers loose and putting his own fingers between them.
