Hi: Where can I find a copy of this book at a reasonable price? I have tried all of the search engines on this site as well as those on google. I have also tried all of the usual places such as Amazon (out of stock, don't know when it will be back) as well as Ebay. Thanks

Jake This book is out of print everywhere, and the publisher has closed down, so it's somewhat of a rarity. LMH has some excerpts on her earthfiles website, behind a paywall. I know of only one copy that has been sold on ebay. At this point I am looking to acquire it at even for an unreasonable price. If I ever find a copy though, I will upload it.(less)
