Som…moreThe thing I found most disturbing was the interrogation of the Russian woman by the KGB using sensory depravation. It is described in some detail. Something of the same nature but not nearly as severe occurs later. Many people might gloss over it and not have a problem, but I'm always disturbed by mind bending or control type things. This takes place in a real world setting and sounds totally plausible.(less)
