Definitely dystopian, but it's not a futuristic version of our world. At least not as far as I can tell. It's very obviously a fictional world/nation/setting, with it's own mythology, history, customs. Not something built off ours. That could be the "fantasy" element. But even the sci-fi label is loose considering that the technology we see in this world isn't particularly advanced or futuristic. They have cars & guns & utilities very similar to our own modern faculties. I'd probably just call this YA Dystopian (less)
