There is a biographical-documentary on Hulu about Lazenby "Becoming Bond". I would argue that it is perhaps one of the finest Bond films NOT starring Sean Connery. Mainly for the relationship subplot. Which was the driving plot of the novel...? Unfortunately, Lazenby chose not to continue the role and THAT gave us Diamonds Are Forever. Followed by Live And Let Die. Your mileage may vary.(less)

Can any reader advise whether this book would be suitable for a child? My soon-to-be-8 son has seen all the PG Bond movies & this is his favourite - & would like this book for his birthday. His reading age is several years above his actual age; the question really is whether there is any content in the book that would not be considered "PG" in the same way the movie is? (knowing how movies tend to remove detail).
