I never did get an understanding as to why anti diarrheal medications are taken by those addicted. If someone could shed some light on that issue I would appreciate it. I don't believe the author elaborated. Thoughts?

So far, the show version sucks.....I have insight as to the production, which is taking place now.....it is very slow and boring. So much filler and things which are mainly to try to make this more interesting.....a lot of overkill. I think the show version of the storyline (thus far) seems to, as many movies/shows do, add more drama and over compensate the original story just to make more money. Maybe I'm wrong?
