It's really a strange question to ask about a man like Hitler, because what exactly does balance look like with a personality so objectively disgusting? There's too much evidence to ever make an argument otherwise. Kershaw doesn't spend very much time talking about morality, or ethics. He presents the facts and talks about what we can definitively learn from those facts. Even while relying on only facts, the book is very insightful and informative. He blames the people that need blaming. He did a very solid job on the book.(less)
