Does anyone know in which page Pinker lists the six semantic domains in which taboo words are inserted: sex, religion, excretion, death, infirmity, and disfavored groups?? I just have access to an audiobook version, but I wanted to cite his work properly.

He has a footnote (#13) that cites Allan & Burridge, 1991; Aman, 1987 Crystal, 1997; Jay, 2000; Wajnryb, 2005 on that very line.
