So, it is a different book and is not directly copy pasted. It contains more tactics while Newport's book is dense in examples and proofs that we should focus

Unanswered Questions (1)

Is there a reason why this needs to be called hyperfocus? The whole book has taken something that is only a thing (a problem) for people with ADHD without fully explaining it and turning the problem into something useful for neurotypicals who can't even experience something like hyperfocus. The tips and general conclusions are useful but there is NO NEED to talk about hyperfocus. I'm honestly kinda pissed...
